Meet Gavin Lilley
With over 20 years of experience, Gavin has dedicated his career to improving communication through British Sign Language (BSL) and International Signing. As a Deaf native BSL user, he combines lived experience with professional expertise to support businesses, public services, organisations and communities. Through consultancy, training and translation services, he helps create more accessible and inclusive environments between deaf and hearing people.
His clients include HMRC, the NHS, Porsche, McLaren, Cadbury, Barclays, Amazon to name a few. He has also appeared on ITV's Life After Deaf alongside John Bishop and contributed to the development of the Aiel "Hand Talk" sign language for Amazon Prime's The Wheel of Time.

Alongside his professional work, Gavin is an experienced stand-up comedian who has performed extensively for both Deaf and hearing audiences worldwide. Throughout his career, he has appeared at hundreds of venues and events, including the London Palladium, Leicester Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His engaging and humorous approach brings energy and creates memorable, enjoyable and effective learning experiences.
